Welcome to Madras Academy. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth learning experience for both students and our team.

🎓 Enrollment & Participation

• Students must complete the registration and payment process to secure their spot in a course.
• Each course has limited seats. Enrollment is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment.
• Students are expected to attend sessions on time and participate actively.
• For minors (under 18), a parent or guardian must provide consent for enrollment.

📚 Course Materials & Conduct

• Course materials are provided for personal, educational use only. Sharing, distributing, or selling them is prohibited.
• Respectful and responsible behavior is expected from all students, both in-person and online.
• Madras Academy reserves the right to discontinue a student’s participation if rules are violated.

💳 Payments

• Full course fee must be paid before the course begins.
• Accepted payment modes include UPI, Bank Transfer, Online Payment, and Cash/Card (in-person).

↩️ Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 5 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 4 days of the course start date may be eligible for a 50% refund (based on seat replacement).
• No refunds will be issued once the course has started or after the first class is completed.
• If a student is unable to attend, they may request to shift to a future batch (subject to availability).
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of the request approval.

🔧 Course Changes & Cancellations

• Madras Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, batch sizes, or instructors based on availability.
• In rare cases of course cancellation by Madras Academy, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
